This property is a good mix of hardwoods and aspens. The trails work your way through the property and back to the swampy areas. Great habitat that holds bucks and the wildlife is abundant. This is also a fantastic area for bear hunting. There’s also a gate at the driveway entrance. The county ATV trail runs on Nail Creek road and connects to miles and miles of road/trails.
